No. It is okay for your team member to apply the general knowledge and skills learned at a previous job. But sharing information that is proprietary to a former employer would violate your coworker’s obligations, our policies and possibly the law. Your coworker has a responsibility to protect a former employer's confidential information – just as you would have a responsibility to protect Aptiv’s confidential information should you leave Aptiv.
