• We, as a company, do not make any direct or indirect contributions or support political candidates or parties anywhere in the world, even where it is legal to do so.
• We comply with all lobbying laws and regulations, worldwide.
• Our commitment to philanthropy and corporate citizenship is an important part of who we are as a company.
• We support education with a focus on science and technology through The Aptiv Foundation, a separate legal entity from Aptiv.

YOU'RE IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT

• In your personal political activities:
• Be clear that your views and activities do not represent those of Aptiv.
• Always use your own personal time and personal resources – not Aptiv’s.
• Do not engage in discussions about legislation, regulatory activity or policy developments with a government official unless you have received pre-approval from the Government Affairs Team.
• You can request that corporate contributions focused on education be made through The Aptiv Foundation.
• If you choose to make a difference on a personal level, we encourage you to give your time and talent to causes that are personally meaningful to you.
