Use Your Judgment
Always use human judgment in the final decision-making process, do not rely solely on AI for automated decision-making. FIS is subject to strict legal requirements governing the use of automated decision-making where the input involves personal information.
Verify Outputs
Always verify outputs from AI tools. Use approved language-based tools as a starting-point, not as a finished product. Critically examine all AI output for unintended bias or errors; do not assume that the output from an AI tool is correct.
Always Include Human Review
Keep a “human in the loop” when designing workflow and outputs. The output obtained from an AI tool must always be subject to a human review and professional judgment.
